Though the nearby towns had major damage from Hurricane Harvey the 10th Annual Festival went on to lift a few spirits. They had a couple stages with dancers and performers, some lowrider cars on display, many artists including face painters and of course food vendors. It was on the Saturday before Halloween 2017.
