Amon Carter Museum of Western Art in Fort Worth, Texas

This is one of the premier western art museums in the world with an extensive collection of western artists going back to George Eastman up to contemporary artists such as Georgia O'Keefe. They have also one of the most extensive collections of photography in the US (sorry but no photographs are allowed of this part of their collection).

I don't recognize the name of the piece that you are talking about, they only exhibit about 5% of the collection (even less of their photographs)which they rotate on a regular basis. I would try writing the museum itself.

Hi, I am looking for a drawing by Otto Becker called (Custers Last Fight). I saw it in the book Painting Texas History to 1900. It said it was drawn on stone and was in the AMON CARTER MUSEUM in Fort Worth, Texas. It also had at the bottom acc. no. 1964-194. I wonder if you sell prints of this, or if you knew where I could get one. Thanks for any help you can give me. Teresa Anderson
