A copy of this lens is currently for sale on eBay with 14 hr to go for $510. If I did not already have one, it would be mine!!

Dear Pete, I am the happy owner of a 3x-1x too. Now I want to combine it with a digital camera. I searched the internet in vain for a good combination. Do you know any camera that might fit?

You just cost me nearly 1,000 USD, but it will probably be worth every penny!
Inspired by your review I searched KEH and others for a used copy. KEH indeed had one "Like new" (and it really is like new) for 700 USD to which was added transport by FedEx and Danish VAT and import tax of around 200 USD. Summer is ending, but there are still plenty of spiders and insects - even the odd small flower - so, weather permitting, this weekend I shall be taking pictures of some spiders I noticed the other day.

Thank you Klaus, I've changed the description of the flash mounting
arrangement. I don't have the twin flash yet, should get one next week.

Very nice to actually see this lens in use. The pictures of the insects make me want to have it, but the price doesn't, unfortunately.
One error: the Macro Twin Flash cannot be used without an adapter.
