Remove three screws retaining the rear element shield.
Remove the two screws retaining the contact board.
Carefully remove the rear element sheld taking care to locate the tiny ground spring.
Remove the four large screws retaining the lens mount. Remove the lens mount taking
care not to strain the flexible circuit board or contact board.
Remove the four screws retaining the iris actuator/zoom encoder assembly and remove entirely.
