Open Flash, Aurora, Star Trails

Near Sentinel Butte, North Dakota 1976

An open shutter exposure with 10 flashes at the base of the buttes
with #2 flashbulbs. Aurora and star trails recorded over about 2 hours.
You can see me setting off one of the flashes in the crop.
