Maxxum Dynax 7D Disassembled

This camera was immersed for just a short while in salt water.
Most flex circuits have their connectors corroded so that the camera is almost a total loss.
At least we can get some value from it's disassembly and examination of parts.
A good example of why not to get your camera wet.

You don't happen to have any parts for this still do you? I am looking for the battery back up board. I was taking the backup battery off and accidentally tore the trace off the board... Need a new circuit. email me at nick ___a_t__ uissoft.com

Really sad accident and hope You could get a Nice replacement soon!

(hum... if You got an Sony Alfa, I doubt that you may think about dissasemblig it... :D but share also your experiences!... :D )
