This photo, my second ever attempt at a star trail, was done by taking 300 separate 25-second exposures of the night sky over a 2-hour 10-minute period
The individual exposures were then combined into one photo using computer software
With the camera pointing close to North, I was able to achieve the interesting rotating startrail effect
I took one extra exposure to get the foreground trees with some fall foliage colours to add some depth to the photo
And again, as in my first startrails photo, I was lucky enough to capture a meteor streak near the bottom left
