What made it so special is that this one occured less than one hour away from perigee, the point when the moon is the closest to the earth
This is a near perfect coincidence which occurs only about every 18 years
Unfortunately, the vantage point I chose was an old bridge oved the Rideau River And as it turns out the bridge was vibrating ever so slighly from the force of the water rushing underneath it So my initial photos when the moon appeared largest are blurry It wasn't until I got off the bridge that I got some sharp images Live and learn - I'll know better when I shoot the next one in 2029
