Infrared pictures

These pictures were taken by attaching a Hoya R-72 filter to the lens of the camera. This filter only permits infrared light to pass. Plants, which reflect a lot of infrared light, therefore appear white. On the other hand, water and sky appear black. The reddish hue is caused by the deep wine red colour of the filter.
