The Resort

The Barceló Maya Beach Resort is located approximately 35 km. south of Playa del Carmen in the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico.

This all-inclusive hotel consists of two side-by-side sister resorts, the Beach and the Caribe. Both resorts share in all the ammenities of the hotel.

We learned than when running at capacity, the Beach and Caribe can accomodate upwards of 2700 guests.

We stayed at this resort over 4 yrs ago to attend our daughters wedding. We are also from Ottawa. Your pictures brought back all those good memories. In fact I have looked at all your gallery pics. The color is amazing. You have a wonderful eye.
