My yard is a wildscape...I wandered around a bit today and was able to add ten wildflower images to my wildflower gallery.... http://www.pbase.com/petesie/wildflowers06
This one is no bigger than my thumbnail...but with the dew it is lovely.

The summer was so hot and so dry...actually it is still hot (94 today) and dry, but we had a
couple of showers two weeks ago and the flowers have responded. I don't know what they are.
I guess I have to ask Scott!

Ahhhh the beauty of wildflowers. Plants (especially natives) have such a keen survival instinct. They respond well reproductively to threatening circumstances (delayed or repeat blooming, heavier fruit sets, etc). This little jewel is beautiful drenched in natures diamonds!
