Early this morning I noticed the moon above this little angel's
head. It didn't come out exactly as I hoped, but thought I'd share
it anyway. I did play a bit in Photoshop (below...don't know what I did, though!) LOL

Nikon Coolpix 4500
1/160s f/4.4 at 16.2mm iso100 full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

Such a special shot. I love the other one, but this too in silhouette shows the leaf & wing connection even more clearly...fabulous capture, Petesie

beautiful and looks so much like digital art.. you could enlarge it, frame it and put it up in your nearest fine Art museum!!..
like the total mood and capture.. niceblues and silhouettes with the hazy moon as a distant destination for the angel spreading his wings...
cheers petesie.. nice work

Both are beautiful images, but the b&w speaks to me more.

Excellent catch! The black against the blue sky looks fantastic!

That looks like a shears cut. Great composition.

I like the silhouette one because of the mystery that surrounds it.

Super silhouette on the top and I love the mysterious, mystical look of the lower photo. Nice job, Mrs. Petesie.

Great 'playing' ... often accidents happen, and we end up with beautiful results, and just hope no one asks us what we did, lol! :)
