My garden in Wimberley

During the last couple of months of John's illness, my way of coping was
buying plants (especially hibiscus) and eating....I'm still 15 pounds overweight,
have way too many hibiscus, but I enjoy each and every flower. Today there were
eight varieties blooming. Enough to share with the grasshoppers!

I love this composition of pink and red. Somehow the bottom of the throat of the pink one is red like the red one. Beautiful. Can never have too many hibiscus.
