I tried to catch the rising sun to show the space between these two oak trees.
They have twisted together and appear to be one tree....

I just drove home in a driving rain storm. I'm safe, and very grateful for the
almost one inch rain. We really need it.

An inch of rain is a glorious thing when most needed. So is that sunrise through the tree...great timing.

The clouds look as though they are rushing across the sky ... nice soft colour near the horizon! :)

This is stunning Petesie!! The colors, the clouds, the silhouetted trees, but most particularly, that wonderful capture of light coming through the twisted oak trees! Lovely!
