A TRIBUTE TO SMALL TOWNS EVERYWHERE

Of course, I think mine is the best. I am a member of the Wimberley
Community Chorus....in the foreground. Today was our Chamber of Commerce
Jubilee Celebration. The Hill Country Band also performed. It is made up
of musicians of all ages....from junior high to senior citizens. In the background
are the wonderful citizens of our Village who braved the heat to help celebrate our freedom.
The temperature was over 100, and below you will see my friend Evie trying to beat the
heat....It works. The water was refreshing to drink, but the bottles, when put on our faces, cooled us off!
Tomorrow we will have a parade celebrating the 4th.
