A toast with Texas sunshine

My best friend spent the night last night and we went shopping at the outlet mall today.
I didn't need these glasses, but they were cobalt blue, my favorite, they were 75% off,
$2.00 each....so I just had to have them. Thought I'd catch a sunset to toast all of you!

I need to polish my technique, but what is weird is that there is no liquid in the glass.

it DOES look as tho there is a nice deep red wine in the glass . . shows you where MY head is! And jypsee is right . .you've got the sun captured in the glass! very cool . .you have an amzing home setting . . beautiful view for both sunsets and sunrises.

Cheers! I love cobalt blue too -- I think the tinting really works with the light in the sky to define it better than a clear one would, and yet the only obviously blue part is in the stem. It sure is interesting how the light bends and makes it look like there is liquid in there. Now go fill that glass for real!
