There's no light like that magic light of the setting sun...even when it is inside the house. I happened to see this for a couple of minutes
as I walked into my kitchen yesterday and of course had to grab the camera.
I buy tulips just to photograph them but lately they have not been opening for me. But the light was magic.

This is really special. It looks like you captured them just in the moment before they caught fire...for a still life, it has a great energy. Nice framing too. I've been meaning to go out and buy a $10 bouquet lately... February is the month in Illinois where ones tolerance for winter snaps, perseveres for another month, or one goes out and buys flowers to tide one over until the crocuses start to emerge. :-P
