Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina

Three weeks ago I took this photo of my cousin and her granddaughter when I visited the Outer Banks for the first time. Hard to believe what is happening there now.

Looks like they didn't get hit as hard as they were thinking. Glad for that. A great pic of the interaction between the two of them.

My nephew in Morehead City says it was windy and rainy but not too bad.
