4-H Memorial Day Rodeo

A small town rodeo on Memorial Day weekend..... and to make it even more special for me,
my grandson Hugh was again chosen to guide the riderless horse, boots turned backward,
around the arena as a poem was read honoring our service men and women.....a very solemn, poignant moment.

I haven't been to one all year...need to go. Love this image and having your grandson guide the riderless horse is such an honor. What a beautiful tribute!
