Devonport, New Zealand

We arrived in Auckland at 6:00 am on Tuesday, August 14. We had the day free.
and took a ferry ride to Devonport and spent a wonderful morning seeing Auckland from a different perspective.

Devonport is a lovely seaside village a short ferry ride from downtown Auckland. Lovely shops,
parks and cafes. From the summit of two volcanic cones we saw the beauty of Auckland and the Haraki Gulf.
