Deer Creek 2004

John was at Deer Creek of Wimberley for five months of rehab after his stroke in 2002.
After a year and a half at home it has become necessary for him to return. He has been back
since Tuesday, August 4. As you can see it is a very lovely and loving place.

Deer Creek is seven minutes from our home if there is traffic, and probably five minutes if there isn't much in our two-stop-light Village! I am truly blessed.

What a beautiful, tranquil looking setting. Just the sort of thing needed for healing of body and spirit. I'm glad it's not some horribly antiseptic institution; how fortunate to have a place like this available to you.
