In February 2009 our group of 4 people went birding for 8 days in The Gambia.
Our birdguide was Modou Colley, "The eye's and ears of The Gambia".
Modou is a professional guide and did an exellent job. In his 4W-drive car he took us all over the place and even showed us the Fraser,s Eagle owl, a new species for the Gambia and Senegal, which is not even in the book " The Birds of The Gambia and Senegal". With his nice sense of humor we would recommend this exellent guide to any birdwatcher who intends to visit The Gambia.
Modou knows all the calls and has eye's like a Goshawk.
