Orange sodium vapor lights remain on at dawn.
In the middle are the container terminals of Kwai Chung (葵涌) and Tsing Yi Island (青衣島) operating 24/7.
In the background across Victoria Harbor are the barely visible skyscrapers of Hong Kong Island.
