The Franklin D. Roosevelt Four Freedoms Park at the southern tip of Roosevelt Island in the East River. Designed by Louis I. Kahn in 1974, it was recently developed from Kahn's old plan.
Overhead is the Queensboro Bridge connecting Queens to Manhattan.
