Located on the corner of Broadway at Liberty Street across from the WTC, it is officially called Zuccotti Park, after the CEO of the property owner Brookfield Properties.

The 70 feet sculpture is Joie de Vivre (1998) by Mark Di Suvero.

Unlike most NYC parks that close at 1AM, this privately owned public park is open 24/7.
