The view of the City from “Top of the Rock” on the 70th floor of the GE/RCA Building at the Rockefeller Center is spectacular. Although it is not as high as Empire State Building’s 86th floor, it is less expensive, much less crowded, and more spacious. Besides, you can take picture with the Empire State Building in it.
