Excellent my friend.V
The foreground reeds (they look like cattails) are razor sharp with beautiful contrast. That area of clarity sets the stage for the beautiful moodiness of the total composition. The barely visible island seen through the fog and the roof of the cabin, wharf and gazebo are mere hint of themselves adding to the mystery and beauty of the scene. Excellent work as always, Peter. Feels like a wonderful dream… love the richness of the dark tones and the beautiful gradient of light on the water!
Awesome foggy scene with the superb details of the reeds to the left. Beautifully composed and looks terrific in monochrome, Peter!!!

Peter, this is totally an amazing image. It really works well in black & white. It has such a moody tone. But yet, the foreground is so sharp. You have done a superb effort here. The island leads the viewer right to it. Great, no make it fantastic job shooting it. V.
