Krabi, mangrove forest

Who doesn't like rails and crakes? Every birder I know love to see one.
Here is one of the resident ones. Never easy to spot as expected.
This one didn't realize I was on the boardwalk inside the mangroves of Krabi so I could take my time shooting away.

I'm from Singapore. One just appeared at my residence, which is very urban. Probably it got lost somehow.

Beautiful shot! The detail is great. I found a Spotless Crake on Wednesday; one of our rarer specimens. There may be a decent photo. This is one of it's near relatives. Well done. Voted.
