Peter, such a wonderful image. Thi type of gecko lives in my carport amongst the leaves and dark sandstone. Further along my garden path there is a blue tongue lizard. He / she likes to hang out in the garden under the sunny cliff especially near my huge bunch of lemongrass. There are also loads of Eastern water dragons that visit from spring to autumn,
Scientific Name: Physignathus lesueurii. In the heat of the summer days the dragons, move from the rocks and cliffs to climbing a tree and having a snooze in the fork, just outside my daughter's bedroom. Peering in occasionally; as the tree fork is right next to her bed where she reads and looks out.
