Another picture of a young frolicking dove taken with the 500mm and the Nikon TC ll, with tripod, from about 10 meters. The TC ll does not degrade quality much in good light, much to my surprise, but slows down the focusing so much that it is impossible to focus on small moving objects in the sky such as swallows or airplanes. Pity!
