All pictures taken with the D300 and the Nikon 300 mm f/4 ED AF (old version, non S, bought second hand on ebay) with the Kenco pro 300 TC 1.4 and tripod. Handheld shots, if any, are labelled as such. Pictures mostly taken from about 8 to 10 meters. This combination is probably the most cost effective prime, high quality, Nikon telescopic offer. PLEASE EXCUSE THE GRAIN IN THE HIGH ISO AND SPEED OF FLYING SMALL BIRD SHOTS, THIS CANNOT BE AVOIDED AT F4/F6 OPENINGS. Perhaps I should buy a 400 f2.8!
