no flash. no long exposures. simply a bracketed shot +/-2EV.

I have shot this tunnel on the Marin headlands several times, and each time I am underwhelmed with my results. I like your HDR interpretation, and it inspires me to do it yet again with more patience in the PP to combine exposures
Did you use a flash for the tunnel interior, or just long exposure?.
