I'm surprised with the Apple iPhone 16 Pro capabilities, including editing raw files with the Apple Photos App. Unexpectedly, the phone seems to have completely replaced my lighter secondary camera, the old Nikon Z 6.

However, this image is where both the positives and negatives meet:
- I did have the phone with me on the beach
- Zooming in to the walkers on the distant dock was too much: although the resolution is still there ("120mm, 3509x1970, 14,6MB raw") has digital zooming applied resulting a soft image. The image has been seriously sharpened.

I do like the composition with a pair walking hand in hand towards the gate - even with the technical compromises I consider this keeper.
