Valley of Fire State Park, Clark County, Nevada

Looking ENE from just beyond the east entrance to the park. I've used this perch on previous visits.
Elephant Rock is towards the center of the frame, and I have certainly scrambled around that area
many, many times. Off in the distance is the mountain range and sand collection basin that Glenn
and I hiked around one crazy June looking for Pretzel Arch.
