"Checking out the Bride"

Weddings are not something I photograph very often. But sometimes the opportunity should be taken This was done for a friend's wedding. Everything went really well and this is one of my favourite shots.

Indeed, dealing with hissy brides, overbearing mother-in-laws and drunken cousins is much more scary for me than hanging sideways in a helicopter without a door a 1000 feet above the ground.

P.S. I love being the "second" photographer at a wedding ... the one that just takes some candid shots in between enjoying the party. Its great to not have any responsibility for getting the "traditional" photos. Those weddings are lots of fun for me.
