Home to some of the best heli-skiing on the planet. As much as I would like to boast about my great mountain climbing exploits and facing the dangers of the winter elements to capture this image, the reality is that I was sitting in a deck chair on a mountain top restaurant patio sipping a cool Stella. However I did have to stand up to photograph over the patio fence ... and almost spilled my beer!

Taken from the Eagle's Nest at the top of Kicking Horse Resort, one of my all time favourite ski hills. If you like steep, steeper and steepest, this is the best.
