May in Alberta is often a difficult time for a good photo shoot so my expectations were not very high. However, once again, the "f8 and Be There" philosophy proved its worth for Dan and myself. Dead, rotting fish were not necessarily on my "to-do" list, but hey, I hadn't used my fish-eye lens for awhile and this seemed to be an appropriate subject.

Lots of neat ice formations as well made for a good day of shooting.
