Ireland versus Australia compromise rules. Croke Park. Dublin

Ireland and Australia were due to play 2 test matches in Dublin in October 2004. The first was played on Sunday 17th October 2004, which Ireland won by 77 points to 41. The next test is due to be played on Sunday October 24th.

Ireland won the second test by 55 points to 41 and so won the series.

A crowd of over 60,000 watched the second test. The capacity of the ground is 82,000.
October 22nd. 2005. Australia won the first test of this year's series comfortably....

Update. October 2006. This year's series will take place late October - November.
