Hi Liz.. I have the Canon Digital EOS 20D. I shoot this kind of photography with its RAW file format, which captures the image in color. This camera's RAW format has special B&W tools, which is one of the reason's I bought it. Once I have the file on the computer, canon's software lets me choose b&w, and then apply red, yellow, green or orange filters, like I would have with a film camera. I spend a lot of time with this feature. I did not use photoshop or other software
