Why was I visiting the big city? Well, actually, I went to see Rush in their home town! Best gig I have ever been to, what an atmosphere.

I don't usually spend time in cities, but it was great strolling around (well, doing 20-25 km each day), visiting art galleries and museums and messing with photos of reflections, going out to Toronto Islands on a quiet day and getting some amazing light, and finally, a few days up on the Bruce Peninsula, with crystal waters looking out onto Lake Huron, only the sound of the waves and a copy of Thoreau's Walden for company, relaxing on the shore or hiking parts of the Bruce Trail.
