Yorkshire Wolds

A selection of landscape and natural history of the Yorkshire Wolds, in the county of the East Riding of Yorkshire. This is England's most northerly chalk upland landscape and runs northwards from the banks of the River Humber to Filey on the North Yorkshire Coast. It includes the seabird colony of Bempton Cliffs, one of the largest and tallest in England.
