We spent two wonderful nights at the Tortilis permanent tented camp in Amboseli at the end of September. We saw abundant wildlife and even a lion kill (see the gallery "Circle of Life.") This park has the beautiful backdrop of Mt Kilimanjaro and is famed for it's elephants. With a real shortage of water due to drought and the consequent weakened animals, there was also no shortage of content looking lions each morning.
