Found by Dan O'Malley, Erik Johnson, Mac Myers and I at the mouth of the river at the end of the jetties from my boat. We were stirring up gull activity with popcorn when Dan said, "Razorbill". After a few minutes around the boat it flew north towards shore. We followed and relocated it a few minutes later about 500 yards from shore and the observation tower at East Jetty Park. It flew again toward the east, but we did not follow. As far as we could tell, it looked healthy and strong.
