Lilac's making pizza again. Yay! When she went out for a while and left me to deal with the mushrooms, I managed to grab this shot before doing my duty.

These are Bunapi mushrooms, produced by Hokuto ("... the only producer in Japan with integrated mushroom-related operations."). According to their presumably unbiased website, "When consumed, it offers a unique feeling -- a combination of crispy texture and unmatched smoothness."

Certainly very nice, however they are described.
