2006.04.12 bootstrapped ladder

California Fitness Centre, Gloucester Rd, Wan Chai

20060401 110.jpg

I took a number of shots over a period of maybe 10-15
minutes, during which time they moved up 2 rungs.

Every few weeks California Fitness Centre has its latest
amazing unique best-ever offer, with a new billboard ad
facing Gloucester Rd. I guess this must be a nice regular
source of work for the scaffold builders.

This image is a combination of two conversions of the same
raw file, separated by 4 stops, with the darker one just
able to give an idea of buildings in the distance.

A couple more scaffold-building pictures from last year:

Actually the guy right at the back continued for the whole time I was there to watch me whenever he was resting. Whereas the one at the front waved to me a few times, but mostly ignored me. Different people have very different reactions.

I like this. How long do you have to hang around before they stop noticing you?
