My grandparents operated a restaurant just east of Cumberland, MD. You can see my grandmother standing near the door and my grandfather is in the carriage in the second row wearing a hat.The car parked on the side was called a Terraplane. Love that name. That summer, the family drove to Seattle and back in that car. It took all summer.
