I began making a collage on an 12” by 16’ heavy watercolor paper….first I made a grid of twelve squares on the back of the paper in pencil then gathered my French scripts and lace and tore the scripts into the best size for the collage…I first scribbled with a black pencil on the paper and then applied the lace and French scripts… when dry I embellished the collage with my gold mica ink…
When it was finished and dry I cut the twelve squares out of the grid…
