I grew up in this building on the 6th floor.. The courtyard was different then. I remember more concrete and less "gardens', and many more shrubs...There was no railing back then and there were steps leading into the building. Us kids use to play in this courtyard and there was an old lady on the otherside 1615 that would throw pots of water down on us because we were to noisy
