The former judge of the Marion Superior Court Juvenile
Division. I did the photography for training presentations
and newsletters for a number of years. If I ever find
them, I did a portrait of the judges after this one also.

The shelf across the front was to keep upset offenders
from coming over the top after the judges. A number
tried it over the years. The shelf slowed them down
enough to give the bailiff a chance to grab them.
