Hoping for a decent sunset our hopes were dashed by a cloudbank on the horizon. Undeterred we played with the cameras until night was completely upon us.
It took an 11 minute exposure to get this shot.
It was so dark it was impossible to focus, even by eye, & the only visible light was the half moon lighting the scene & the distant illuminations at Reculver & beyond.
